Control Electronics model DLC-700FL Data Logging Flow Controller is a microprocessor based system, designed to monitor a 4-20 mA input signal from a pressure sensor, ultrasonic sensor, bubbler system or other source to control pumps, valves, alarms and data log the liquid flow with totalizer. Five (5) fully programmable relay outputs ( 4 setpoint/alarm and 1 Programmable Pulse ) are available for this purpose. The system is simple to use, designed with the user in mind, allowing for quick, intuitive set-up through a menu driven programming interface. The operator scales the monitor to the 4-20 mA input and enters ON/OFF flow values to control pumps, valves and/or alarms. Two flow proportional analog output signals (4-20mA.) are standard along with an 8 digit accumulative flow totalizer with programmable multiplier of x1, x10, x100, x1000 or x0 (to hide total count). The monitor accepts flow proportional or linear 4-20 mA inputs. The system may be programmed to linearize a flow depth to flow rate using built equations for most standard primary devices. User defined ratiometric values may be entered or 20 point lookup table. Compound weirs are also supported with builtin equations. Flow is displayed in GPM (gallons/minute), MGD (million gallons/day), Flow PERCENT and Total Gallons. A 24 VDC power supply is also provided for loop-powered 4-20 mA sensors.

The DLC-700FL includes data logging with a 200 day daily flow summary report, providing date, average flow rate, time-stamped min, max flow rate and total gallons, along with continuous time-stamping of flow rate with programmable sampling rate of 0-99 minutes in 1 minute increments. The start time of the 24 hour daily log period may be programmed in the 700FL system. Data Log information can be viewed at the Monitor, printed directly to a serial printer or downloaded to a PC using the RS-232 output (opt. USB port) or by MODEM for remote monitoring. Any standard communication software package may be used to receive the data and save it to file. No need to purchase and learn new software! All data is preformatted for reports.
