Description
Control Electronics model DLC-700LV Data Logging Level Controller is a microprocessor based system, designed to monitor a 4-20 mA input signal from a pressure sensor, ultrasonic sensor, bubbler system or other source to control pumps, valves, alarms etc. Five (5) fully programmable setpoint relay outputs are available for this purpose. The system is simple to use, designed with the user in mind, allowing for quick, intuitive set-up through a menu driven programming interface. The operator enters dimensions of the wet well or tank and ON/OFF elevation points to control pumps (UP or DOWN pumping) and/or alarms. The Monitor will display level in inches, feet, percent, PSI of water and gallons stored. Two independent 4-20 mA. analog output signals of Level are standard and scalable. The operator may program pump sequencing, alternation of the LEAD/LAG pumps or Rotation of pumps providing complete control of the pumps. A 24 VDC power supply is also provided for loop-powered 4-20 mA sensors.
The DLC-700LV includes data logging with a 200 day daily summary report, providing date, average LEVEL, time-stamped min /max level and gallons stored along with continuous time-stamping of avgerage level with a programmable sampling rate of 0-99 minutes in 1 minute increments. Data Log information can be viewed at the Monitor, printed directly to a serial printer or downloaded to a PC using the RS-232 output (opt USB port) or by MODEM for remote monitoring. Any standard communication software package may be used to receive the data and save it to file. No need to purchase and learn new software! All data is preformatted for reports.
